HOW IT STARTED

It all started with an intuition: People nowadays tend to look for professional activities which can correspond to their ethics, personal skills and passions, and this is especially true for the younger generations.

What has happened in the last two years and, more generally, the social and economic changes, caused mostly by the strong technological drive and globalization, have created the opportunity to review the field of people’s development in workplaces.

The world changes but people, always, have the same needs and desires: seeking motivation, the drive that makes them satisfied and fulfilled in regards to their job, a feeling of belonging toward a certain company and sensing that they are part of something that is useful to society and the world around them.

The Purpose&Talent methodology springs from the need to combine one’s reason of being and one’s talents, with the aim of increasing awareness and motivation, and at the same time, learning to improve self-communication skills. This has resulted in the development and implementation of services also conceived for the business world.
